This 2 part workshop will focus on specific Yoga techniques, tools and exercises that can effectively help balance and restore the nervous system. Learn the skills that can help you tackle and manage stress, anxiety and insomnia - regain a sense of calm, strength and wellbeing within yourself.
Saturday: The Anatomy of Relaxation**

· Basic understanding of how the Nervous system works and how you can help the body and mind achieve effective relaxation through Yoga.
· Asana practice and breathing techniques that effectively relieve tension and balance the system.
· Deep Relaxation Guided Meditation
Sunday: Restoring Balance**

· Learn how to spark the body’s natural ability to repair itself.
· Restorative asana practice that soothes the system.
· Pranayama, Sound Vibration and Guided Meditation.
