Every class, sequence and series progression has been thoughtfully designed to support you to establish in your centre - a place of cohesiveness. A place where the body is strong, fit and healthy, where you can experience the mind as your greatest friend and allay, and be content and at ease, filled with purpose and inspiration.
You can sign up for 4-week blocks, choose a full course, or participate in the entire Fall Series. You can take the livestreams or practice in your own time with the course recordings.
The new All-Access Membership option now includes All classes in the 12 week series, as well as unlimited access to the recordings that never expire.

How to Access Recorded Classes
To access recordings you will need to create a user sign-in/login account.
Use the SAME name and email you used when you registered for the class or course.
You will have unlimited access to the content of the Course and dates you register for.
When you sign up for the All-Access Autumn Membership you will have access to the recordings until February 1st, 2021.
