A Series of 60 minute Yoga Practices that helps increase joint mobility, vitality, and quiet the mind.
All levels welcome, variations to the poses will be given.
A grounding, calming, active stretch yoga practice series. The focus is to cultivate strength, facilitate deep stretching, to prevent injury and overextension.
Instruction on key alignment, and use of resistance, progressive sequencing, mindfulness and breathing techniques, and deep relaxation are some of the vital components in this series.

Consists of twelve, 75 minute classes, that help build strength, stamina, increase flexibility, prevent injury and help overcome common limitations in Asana.
Includes, strength building + resistance exercises, isometric drills, endurance building exercises, deep core strength & awareness, and breath work.
We finish each class with he hip openers, pranayama and relaxation/meditation.
Suitable for All Levels. Variations are given, you are invited to work progressively according to your level and ability.
