What we choose to do for ourselves will have an impact on our health and wellbeing. We can strengthen our bodies and support our immune response, or we can weaken it. We can be grounded in the face of adversity, or we can feel defeated. The choice is our own.
The practice of Yoga has been around for thousands of years; necessity has made us find a new way to practice together. For me, this is an opportunity to share what I have received with you. A chance to unwind, find balance, strengthen the body, soothe the mind, and hopefully have a smile on our face after the practice. How You Participate
Time, Dates and Class Details
Live Online Classes with Kanta Barrios via the Zoom Platform. Zoom is a free service for you, and can be accessed via computer or mobile phone.
Time: Monday and Thursday evenings, 7 -8 pm GMT. From Monday March 30th - April 12th.

How to Register
Sign up to one of the products below: Drop In Class, Monday Classes, Thursday Classes, or Both
Registration closes at 5pm on the day of practice. You will NOT be able to participate or receive a link. if you sign up after 5pm GMT.
Classes are FREE for all Essential Workers and/or unwaged participants.
At the moment we may all find ourselves in different financial circumstances. Therefore, I have set up a tiered contribution system rather than a set cost per class. When you register you will be able to pick a fee according to your current financial situation.
If you are currently unable to afford yoga classes, you are still welcome to sign up and participate. If you wish, you may contribute by sharing this website and the classes with your friends, or someone you know that might benefit.

Props: You will need a Yoga mat or a non-slippery surface. If you have blocks, a yoga strap (or belt) and a blanket, have them handy.
