New Eight-Week Course

An opportunity for students looking to deepen their understanding of yoga teachings, asana and biomechanics.  Each class offers intelligent sequencing for steady progression that safely unravels into a peak pose and its variations. 
 
On each class you will:
  • Learn about the health benefits of poses, both the physical and subtle body.
  • Start with a brief cantering, followed by a strong practice-based lesson, and finishes in Savasana.
  • Approach the practice with lightheartedness, kindness and sensitivity​ while challenging yourself to new levels,
Not Suitable for Beginners. Variations and modifications will be given and props will be needed.

Every class in the series is different, and focuses on a specific theme.  You may sign up for a 4 week course block, or benefit from the progression of the practice of the 8-week series.

​All Livestream classes will be recorded, and you can take or revisit the the class in your own time.

  • Start with a brief centering, followed by a strong practice-based lesson, and finishes in Savasana.
  • Approach your practice with lightheartedness, kindness, and sensitivity​ and challenge you to new levels,


This Course is not suitable for complete Beginners.

Variations and modifications will be given and props will be needed.
