This is a full spectrum, dynamic practice I started teaching in Dublin last year. The aim is to embody the quality of resilience and awaken to our deepest strength,
We start with forty-five minutes of asana & strength-building exercises to help cultivate endurance, muscle tone, deep core stability, and integration.
We finish with a thirty-minute Quietude practice that includes hip openers, breath-work, and meditation.
Sequence changes every week.
All Levels Welcome. You are invited to work at your level of ability. You do not need muscle strength to take this class just fire in the belly! :-)
