Pathways to Freedom, Series One, 4-Weeks

4 Week Series, Saturdays 10am
An opportunity for students looking to deepen their understanding of yoga teachings, asana and biomechanics. Each class offers intelligent sequencing for steady progression that safely unravels into a peak pose and its variations.
On each class you will:
- Learn about the health benefits of poses, both the physical and subtle body.
- Start with a brief cantering, followed by a strong practice-based lesson, and finishes in Savasana.
- Approach your practice with lightheartedness, kindness and sensitivity and challenge you to new levels,
This Course is not Suitable for complete Beginners.
Variations and modifications will be given and props will be needed.
Recordings will be available 24 hrs the live practice and available for 31 Days.
