This new yoga series focuses on the yoga practices, techniques and skills that help us stay healthy, energize the body, soothe the nervous system, and quiet the mind.
Each Week the sequence will help you:
- Connect to and deepen the breath
- Well rounded Yoga Practice to help detoxify & invigorate the body
- Support Immune System
- Focus and quiet the mind
- Create the space for your system to deeply restore and renew from within
Every class in the series is different, and focuses on a specific theme.
