4x Deep Stretch - Thursdays

A grounding, calming, active stretch yoga practice. We focus on cultivating strength, flexibility and deep relaxation.
Breathing techniques, alignment, and use of resistance are vital components in this practice. The aim is tofacilitate deep stretching while sustaining joint integrity to prevent overextension.
Includes dynamic warm-up and extended hold of poses and finish with deep relaxation.
All levels welcome. Modifications and prop variations will be given.
