SIgn Up
This new Yoga Series offers a solid foundation of alignment and functional movement principles, how they relate to yoga poses and establishes a clear and safe path of progression towards more advanced poses.

In this Series you will:
  • Improve your postural alignment.
  • Increase awareness and perception of body and movement.
  • Build strength with isometrics & resistance work.
  • Increase Flexibility, resiliency of fascia, prevent over extension and injury.
All levels are welcome!   Beginners and seasoned yoga enthusiasts will learn techniques to establish a home practice and make progress.  If you are a yoga teacher, you will learn valuable tools to help deepen your practice and for sharing with others,

Every class in the series is different, and focuses on a specific theme.  You may sign up for a 4 week course block, or benefit from the progression of the practice throughout the 12 consecutive weeks.   

All Livestream classes will be recorded, and you can take or revisit the the class in your own time.

In this series you will:



  • Improve your postural alignment, 
  • Increase and refine your awareness and perception of body and movement.
  • Build strength with isometrics & resistance work.
  • Increase Flexibility, the resiliency of fascia, and while preventing overextension & hyper-mobility.
  • Learn the building blocks to help you get the most out of your practice and progress to more advanced poses.
