SPRING BACK ON THE MAT.  March 8 - March 29
​4- Week Yoga series is the perfect way to rediscover a joyful Yoga Practice.
Its aim is to help guide your attention back to yourself and to establish a sustainable yoga practice that develops physical strength, flexibility, and a peaceful mind.   The spring course will have a special focus on detoxifying and clearing the body and mind.

To support you, after each session, you will have access to a 15-minute guided practice (pre-recorded).  These practices will be posted on an online portal and available to you throughout the 4-week series

BREATH & MOVEMENT SPRING CLASS SERIES
A great way to start your day and put a smile on your face!  A progressive sequence of exercises and asana to gently open the body and support deep and easy breathing.
Mix-level, variations will be given.

Benefits:
  • Boost energy levels & vitality.
  • Improve functional mobility: strength, flexibility, and range of motion in the joints.
  • Improve body and breath awareness.

Drop-in Class, recommended to book ahead, , All Levels are welcome.
