This 4-week class series is an opportunity to refine self-observation skills, fundamental alignment cues, and strength-building exercises that leads to an easeful, uplifting, and empowering experience in Yoga Practice.
Each week we will approach a peak pose and its mix-level variations by tackling common limitations and misalignment in a safe and warm environment.
