The goal is to ensure your body is strong, fit and healthy. You'll experience the mind as your greatest friend and ally, and be at ease, filled with purpose and inspiration.
You can sign up for individual courses or participate in the entire Fall Series. You can also take the livestreams or practice in your own time with the course recordings.
