  • Jnaneshwar’s Gita by Swami Kripananda
  • Patanjali Yoga Sutras by Swami Satchidananda (Recommended translation and commentary)
  • Light on Yoga - By BKS Iyengar
  • Anatomy of Movement by Blandine Calais-Germain
 
You will receive handouts for each sessions throughout  the immersion program as well as additional suggested visual content and reading.  There will be a private social media page to help share content, support and communication with all participants available to full course participants.

Props

You will need to bring your own props for each Training Session. 
  • Non -Slip Yoga Mat
  • Long Yoga Strap with Buckle
  • Two Cork or Foam Blocks. Size: 22 x 15 x 7 cm or similar
  • Blanket
  • 18cm/23cm Inflatable Exercise Ball (like this one) 
  • Yoga Bolster (Optional)
