Deep Stretch Series
This is a grounding and active stretch yoga practice course. Cultivate strength and stability to facilitate deep stretch, prevent overextension and injury.
Includes active warm up, instruction on key alignment, resistance stretching, and progressive sequencing. Mindfulness, breathing techniques, and deep relaxation are also vital components in this series.
All levels welcome. Modifications and prop variations are always given.
