DESCRIPTION

Nourish Yoga Series

8-Week Yoga Practice Series to help soothe and restore the nervous system. Designed to help students regain the ability to drop into a quieter space to experience contentment, joy, and ease. 


A mix-level class series; combines Yoga flow, restorative poses, breathwork, and yoga therapy practices.


Every week we follow stimulating yoga sequences that help:

  • Support the immune system
  • Restore balance in the breath 
  • Nourish the mind 
  • Uplift your mood & spirit
