What we choose to do for ourselves will have an impact on our health and wellbeing. We can strengthen our bodies and support our immune response, or we can weaken it. We can be grounded in the face of adversity, or we can feel defeated. The choice is our own.

The practice of Yoga has been around for thousands of years; necessity has made us find a new way to practice together. For me, this is an opportunity to share what I have received with you. A chance to unwind, find balance, strengthen the body, soothe the mind, and hopefully have a smile on our face after the practice. A feeling of wellbeing that you can then genuinely share with those around you.

Some of us could probably do it on our own. However, as words like isolation, social distancing, and quarantine enter into lives, there is no better way better if we do it together!

What to bring?
An open mind, a full heart, and a willingness to listen, so that you can find strength and ease as you pay attention to yourself.
And of course, yoga mat; some props, a strap or belt,  blocks if you have them as well!  But if you don't no worries, just bring yourself!

See you in practice.

Hello Wanda,
Thank you for your comment.
Classes emphasise basics: foundation, stability and right alignment, therefore they are safe and appropriate for beginners. I do give options and progressive variations for people that wish to go deeper or are more advanced. Each person is able to work at their level.
Thank You!
